Order

Can I cancel/amend my order after it had been placed?

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change orders.

If you haven't received the email stating that your order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

When you received the email confirmation with the tracking number of your order, please wait for your parcel and see "Returns" for our returning policy and advice.

I haven’t received my tracking/order confirmation email

We advise our customers to check their junk folders and any other folders in their email inbox. Should you still be unable to locate the correspondence, get in touch, there may have been an error with the email address we have.

The color of the product is different from what I have seen online

All the garments you see in our photos are the garments you will receive. From time to time there may be some discrepancies, this is usually due to the varying devices upon which the products are viewed.

The item I have seen has sold out, will you be getting more in?
